Mapuko Pisco will launch with a carefully curated portfolio of premium pisco expressions, each showcasing the unique character and diversity of Chilean terroir. The initial product line will include:

Mapuko Pisco Puro

A classic expression, distilled from Pedro Jiménez grapes and bottled unaged, showcasing the pure and elegant character of pisco.

Mapuko Pisco Reservado

A blend of Pedro Jiménez and Muscat grapes aged in American oak barrels, offering a richer and more complex flavour profile.

Mapuko Pisco Acholado

A blend of Muscat, Torontel, and Pedro Jiménez grapes, demonstrating the versatility of pisco for a variety of cocktails.

Mapuko Pisco Pours

Pisco Sour

Ingredients: Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and Angostura bitters.

Method: Shake 2 oz Pisco, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup, and 1 egg white with ice. Strain into a glass and add a few drops of bitters on top.

Pisco Punch

Ingredients: Pisco, pineapple juice, simple syrup, lime juice.

Method: Shake 2 oz Pisco, 2 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz simple syrup, and 1 oz lime juice with ice. Strain into a glass and serve.

On The Rocks

Ingredients: Pisco.

Method: Pour 2 oz of Pisco into a glass and enjoy itstraight (neat) or over ice (on the rocks) to appreciate its pure flavor.

Pisco Soda

Ingredients: Pisco, soda water, lime wedge.

Method: Pour 2 oz Pisco over ice, top with soda

water, and garnish with a lime wedge.

Pisco & Ginger

Ingredients: Pisco, ginger ale, lime wedge.

Method: Fill a glass with ice, add 2 oz Pisco, top

with ginger ale, and garnish with a lime wedge.

Piscola

Ingredients: Pisco, cola, lime wedge.
